This summer our tea room transforms into a lush garden to welcome Summer Breeze, a new afternoon tea experience inspired by the abundance and beauty of the season.
Created by our chef and co-owner Yoann Bouyer, this menu showcases the fresh, vibrant flavors of summer. Cucumber and yuzu, green peas, strawberries, blueberries, peach, basil, honey, and wildflowers come together in a collection of delicate creations where every bite evokes the freshness and abundance of a flourishing summer garden.
