Created by our chef and co-owner Yoann Bouyer, this menu showcases the fresh, vibrant flavours of summer. Cucumber and yuzu, green peas, strawberries, blueberries, peach, basil, honey, and wildflowers come together in a collection of delicate creations where every bite evokes the freshness and abundance of a flourishing summer garden.

While we always welcome walk-ins when space allows, we highly recommend making a reservation. Booking ahead ensures your table is ready and is required so our chef can customize your tiered platter for any dietary restrictions. Please notify us if you are running late; if we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to give the table away.
Our signature high tea experience is $55 per person, and our children’s menu is $25. You can also elevate your visit by choosing the Heure du thé Royale, which includes a 200ml mini bottle of champagne.
Your afternoon tea is presented on a beautiful traditional tiered platter designed for one person (we do not offer shared platters). You’ll start with savory finger sandwiches and canapés, move to warm scones with cream and jam, and finish with delicate, handcrafted pastries. This is all accompanied by your choice of over 25 premium teas and tisanes.
Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan (dairy-free), and gluten-free options, but they must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: Our gluten-free menu is for dietary preferences, not severe celiac allergies, due to cross-contamination risks in our kitchen. Our vegan option contains nuts and is not suitable for nut allergies. We can also adapt platters for diabetics by swapping sweet bites for savory ones if mentioned at booking!
Absolutely! Families are welcome, and we offer a special “Petits trésors” menu for children 12 and under ($25). Please mention children and strollers when booking so we can accommodate you in our intimate space. Note: To preserve the calm atmosphere, we do not host organized children’s birthday parties.
Tables are reserved for a maximum of 2 hours, which gives you plenty of time, as the typical afternoon tea experience lasts about 1 hour and 30 to 45 minutes.

We are located just a step away from the Notre-Dame Basilica in Old Montreal. We serve afternoon tea Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last seating at 3:30 PM.
We offer both! While we pride ourselves on our sit-down afternoon tea service, we also have a boutique where you can purchase our curated selection of loose-leaf teas and gift certificates to take the Paparmane experience home.
Yes! You can order our beautifully packaged Classic, Vegetarian, or Vegan afternoon tea boxes ($55.00 each) to enjoy anywhere. Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Note: We cannot accommodate special allergy requests or dietary exceptions for takeout boxes.
