February invites us to slow down and find comfort from the cold. At Paparmane, the month of love is meant to be enjoyed solo, with a loved one, or among friends — what matters most is letting love prevail.
For the occasion, Chef Yoann Bouyer presents a selection of favorite bites: an aphrodisiac chocolate coquillette, a comforting duck confit–style parmentier tartlet, and, by popular demand, the return of the griotte cherry and hibiscus Battenberg, available throughout the month of love.
All of this is enjoyed in an eccentric, all-red setting filled with giant hearts and plenty of love. Sit back, share, and enjoy.
